My experience with Elite Transmission was favorable. After receiving news from my local mechanic, they thought it was my Transmission that was causing an accerlartion issue. They recommended Elite. My 2013 Nissan Rogue was towed to Elites facility after I verified with them that I could bring the car in for diagnostic. Charles at Elite called me indicating my vehicle arrived and that it would be looked at within 24hrs. Charles called the following day with good / bad news. They confirmed my accerlation issue (rattling noise) was real. Their diagnostic didn't pinpoint that it was the Transmission. Therefore, based in their findings he was not comfortable doing any Transmission work. But wasn't sure what was causing the problem 🤔. Charles did not charge me anything for this diagnostic work. I then had my vehicle towed back to my mechanic where they did further examination & felt the acceralting noise was related to the Alternator/belt. I agreed to the replacement and now the Rogue is came back in my garage repaires with a smooth ride. I felt Charles at Elite Transmission was honest from the start after their diagnostic testing. Thanks Elite !
